The Burren Centre
Located in the town of Kilfenora the

Clare Museum
Clare is remarkable county and the story of its people stretches back some 6,000 years. Its incredible history is excitingly captured in the

Clare Museum in the heart of Ennis.
Clare Heritage Centre
The
Clare Heritage Center includes the award-winning Heritage Museum houses in what once St. Catherine's Church and the Clare Genealogical Centre, widely recognised as the leading centre of it's kind in the country. The centre houses the most comprehensive research material held in any one location to enable persons with Clare roots to trace their ancestry.
Dysert O'Dea Castle & Archaeology Centre
Built in 1480, the uppermost floors and staircase of
Dysert O'Dea Castle were badly damaged by the Cromwellians in 1651. Repaired and opened in 1986, the castle houses an extensive museum, an audio visual presentation and various exhibitions.
East Clare Heritage
Tuamgraney is one of the most notable, ecclesiastical and historical places in Ireland. It's pagan past is recorded in its townland names, in pillar stones and holy wells. It's monastic past is recorded in the Annals and in the lives of the saints.

Lahinch Seaworld

Shannon Dolphins

Vandeleur Walled Garden
Beautifully constructed old stone walls enclose the sheltered
Vandeleur Walled Garden set among 420 acres of native woodland. The 'forgotten garden' of Kilrush House, dating back to the late 18th Century, has been fully restored, and is now a haven of peace & tranquillity.
