The Director will have both strategic and operational responsibilities for ensuring the overall management and ongoing development of the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience. He/she will have a successful track record in management of a complex business and experience of providing direction and leadership to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service to a world class standard at this iconic site.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent financial and human resource management skills, a strong ability to communicate and an ability to grow relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The appointee will be required to engage in relation to the wider tourism remit for Clare and the contribution that the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience can make to the further development of tourism in the county.
This is a key senior management position and will allow the right person to make a significant contribution to the continuing evolution of the Cliffs of Moher as an iconic tourism destination.
