The Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience has been awarded Great Place to Work Certification, an international accreditation system for evaluating a company’s workplace and culture against strict benchmarks.
First introduced in the United States in 1992, the accreditation scheme was launched in Ireland in 2003 and has since become the country’s definitive standard for measuring employee satisfaction in the workplace.
“We are honored to receive this certification and also thrilled this award is based solely on employees’ survey responses,” said Geraldine Enright, Director of the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience.
“The past 14 months have been very challenging for the organisation and for the wider tourism sector,” added Ms. Enright. “This certification reflects the continuous hard work undertaken to strengthen the connection with our staff and to develop an inclusive and rewarding culture. Taking care of people means we are taking care of our visitors and our staff and we remain focused on taking care of both.”
“The Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience attracts and retains the best of talent because we invest in our people and foster an environment for all to succeed,” stated Ms. Enright.
Since 1992, the Great Place to Work Institute has surveyed more than 100 million employees around the world. Best Workplace lists are produced for 45 countries making it the world’s largest workplace culture survey. See www.greatplacetowork.ie for more.
