Enjoy a hot chocolate on a chilly day or a delicious ice cream cone on a sunny one or try one of the delicious home made desserts while watching the sun set on a summer’s evening.
The Cliffs View Café offers self service from two serveries within the 100 seat restaurant. We pride ourselves on using the best of local produce and offering you a taste of County Clare. We use local seafood, vegetables, cheese, ice cream, smoked fish, milk & dairy and baked goods. Our meat is sourced and traceable to County Clare farms. Find out more on the page about Local Suppliers.
If you have special dietary requirements we can provide what you need from our range of gluten free, dairy free, lactose free and vegan products. Many of our prepared dishes are also gluten free or vegetarian. Staff will be happy to answer your questions in these areas.
Why not enjoy a picnic at our outdoor tables. Our take away coffees and teas and packed lunches are provided in fully compostable disposal cups and packaging that can go straight into the brown bin when you are done. Salads and hot dishes can also be served in takeaway containers.
At the Cliffs View Café we are focused on the environment with segregated waste management, compostable packaging, local suppliers and even reusing our old coffee grounds in local gardens.
Our chefs love to try out new dishes so ask what our specials are today. You can download a copy of our current menu here.
Because our seating is limited we are unable to take reservations between March and October, but during the quieter period from November to February we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. We do have a number of special packages available for groups including packed lunch options and prepaid lunch vouchers that allow your members to select their choice.
