The Burren & Cliffs Explorer Shuttle Bus is No Longer Running in 2025
The Burren & Cliffs Explorer Shuttle Bus has now finished its 2025 pilot season, which ran until August 31st and is no longer running for the remainder of 2025.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made the shuttle possible this year, and to all the visitors who hopped on board and helped make the service such a success.
We’re already looking forward to next season! Thank you to everyone who supported the service. We look forward to welcoming you back next year when the service will be reinstated.

The Burren and Cliffs Explorer free shuttle bus offered visitors a relaxing, eco-friendly adventure during the summer of 2025. With convenient hop-on, hop-off stops, visitors had the freedom to explore the stunning Burren and Cliffs of Moher without the hassle of driving.

Explore North and West Clare with ease!
This summer, a brand-new hop-on, hop-off shuttle bus made it easier than ever to discover the breathtaking beauty of North and West Clare. The free and bookable ‘Burren and Cliffs Explorer’ ran as a pilot project from May 1st to August 31st 2025, and connected charming towns, villages, and iconic attractions.
Visitors had the opportunity to travel hassle-free to Ballyvaughan, Corofin, Carran, Kilfenora, Doolin, Liscannor, and Lahinch, with convenient hubs in Lisdoonvarna and Miltown Malbay, where free parking was available. Whether enroute to the Burren National Park or soaking in the stunning views at the Cliffs of Moher Experience, this shuttle made it simple to explore at one’s own pace.
