The Cliffs of Moher Team
A team that prides itself on extending a first-class welcome to a world-class visitor experience. Fully trained experienced staff with first aid qualifications who are always available to assist and answer visitor questions.
The team at the Cliffs of Moher Experience:
- Provide assistance such as visitor management and information
- Pride themselves on attentiveness to visitors
- Give guided tours and interpretation
- Supply wheelchairs and mobility assistance for the less abled.
- Provide site maintenance for e.g litter picking
- Fulfill conservation of the Cliffs of Moher site itself and the Burren and Cliffs of Moher UNESCO Global Geopark.
- Is fully compliant with all Covid-19 safety measures and has received the Fáilte Ireland Covid-19 safety charter.
- Has an active green team ensuring the site is managed in a sustainable and environmentally sensitive manner and is working on reducing carbon footprint. Cliffs of Moher work on their commitment to keep Geopark status and follow the code of sustainability.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting
The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, and most recently the Government’s directive in 2025, introduced a requirement for all employers with 50 or more employees on a ‘snapshot date’ ( a date of the organisation’s choosing) to publish details of their gender pay and bonus gap every year.
In addition, data must be uploaded to the Government’s online portal from 2026 and annually thereafter.
