We are delighted to welcome back to the Cliffs of Moher one of our favourite feathered friends, the puffin. For the past few years they have returned to the Cliffs in the last week in March and this year they did not disappoint. They have wintered far out to sea but now they return to court, mate and play and a huge puffin carnival can be witnessed throughout the summer months.
You can see the puffins along with the other seabirds who nest here during the summer at the 2nd Annual Seabirds festival taking place from 13th – 18th May 2016. This is a great opportunity to see thousands of seabirds who live at the Cliffs over the summer with expert guidance on hand from Birdwatch Ireland.
