Cliffs of Moher Charity Fun Day 2023

Join us for a charitable and fun-filled day at the Cliffs of Moher Experience on Saturday, 27th May 2023, where we aim to raise much needed funds for three exceptional organisations based in County Clare!

Representatives of Sláinte an Chláir, Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind (IGDB) Clare Branch and Brothers of Charity Services Clare travelled to the world-famous visitor attraction on Friday 28th April for the announcement of the fundraising event, which will feature live music and dancing, singing, face painting and spot prizes. The charities also will be in attendance on the day to meet and speak with the public about the vital services they provide.

The initiative is part of an ongoing support and social responsibility activities that help the Cliffs of Moher Experience build bridges with the local community and we look forward to a successful year of fundraising with our three new charities in 2023. This is part of a new initiative by the Company in 2020 where staff voted to select three charities for the in augural Cliffs of Moher Experience Charity of the Year programme.

“The upcoming fundraiser is as much as about raising awareness of the three local charities concerned as it is about generating funds to help them to deliver and invest in their services throughout Clare,” explained Geraldine Enright, Director of Cliffs of Moher Experience.

Ms. Enright continued, “We are encouraging the wider public to come along on Saturday May 27th to meet with some of the people involved in delivering a range of vitally important services in communities right across our county, as well as enjoy the fun activities taking place throughout he site.  Clare residents are invited to pre-book complimentary admission for the day by using the promo code ‘charityday23’ on the cliffsofmoher.ie booking engine.”
